• You are authorised to connect any advertising accounts you integrate
• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations
• You will comply with TikTok Marketing API terms when connecting TikTok accounts

3. API Usage

Statasphere accesses advertising data through official APIs provided by third-party platforms. We do not store login credentials for advertising platforms.

4. Platform Availability

Statasphere is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may evolve, change, or be updated as the platform develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statasphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
